Discover our little Spökhus – a charming holiday cottage in classic Falun red, just like our Trollhus.
In around 40 m² of living space you will find a cosy bedroom, a comfortable living area with a seating corner, a bright veranda overlooking the greenery, a well-equipped kitchen, a small hallway and a modern bathroom.
The house stands on a generous plot of about 800 m². A little brook babbles right in front of the house – the perfect setting for peace and relaxation in the midst of nature.
Location
The Baltic Sea is only about 25 km away, and the town of Kalmar, a paradise for shopping lovers, is just 30 km away. For everyday needs there is a supermarket (ICA nära) towards Alsterbro, only 10 km away, where you will also find the lake for fishing and swimming.

Services and amenities
The rustic living room is a wonderful place to unwind – cosily furnished with a TV and a small bar.
Besides the bedroom for up to two guests, there is a lovingly arranged seating area with a view of the greenery – the perfect spot for a cup of tea or coffee.
The kitchen has everything you need for cooking – almost like home, just without a dishwasher or oven. Along with a hob, you will find cups, cutlery, a coffee maker and a toaster – everything you need to enjoy your holiday to the full.
The living room also has a dining table with a lovely view of the front garden – ideal for a relaxed breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.
