Privacy policy

This is a translation for your convenience. The German version is legally binding.

1. Privacy at a glance

This website works without cookies, visitor statistics or advertising services. Fonts and images are loaded from our own web space. Third-party services are only accessed when you expressly click on them, for example the map on the contact page.

We only collect personal data when you provide it to us yourself, for example in a booking enquiry or by email, and in the form of the technical information that every browser sends when a page is requested (see ‘Server log files’).

2. Data controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

Sonja Meierlammers
Sonja's Trädgårdstjänst
Binnaretorp 204

Sweden

Phone: +46(0)722404200

3. Hosting and server log files

All-Inkl

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. For details, please see All-Inkl's privacy policy: https://all-inkl.com/datenschutzinformationen/.

We have a data processing agreement with All-Inkl (Art. 28 GDPR). All-Inkl processes our visitors' data only in accordance with our instructions.

Server log files

Each time a page is requested, your browser automatically transmits technical information, which the server stores in log files: the address requested, date and time, the amount of data transferred, the previously visited page (referrer), browser and operating system, and the IP address.

This information is necessary to deliver the website securely and without errors and to detect attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure operation of the website. All-Inkl deletes the log files after a short time, and they are not combined with other data.

4. No cookies, no analytics

This website does not set any cookies and stores nothing on your device. There are no visitor statistics, no advertising services and no embedded content from social networks. A cookie banner is therefore not needed.

Fonts

The fonts used on this website (Cabin Sketch, Amatic SC, Figtree and Roboto Mono, all under a free licence) are stored on our own web space. No connection to Google or any other provider is made when the page loads.

5. Booking enquiry and contact

Booking enquiry via the form

If you send a booking enquiry using the form, we process the information you enter there: name, email address, phone number (optional), house, arrival and departure date, number of adults and children, whether a dog is coming along, and your message.

The enquiry is stored on our web space at All-Inkl and forwarded to us by email so that we can reply to you and prepare the booking. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a rental contract). We do not pass the information on to third parties.

We delete stored enquiries no later than 12 months after receipt. If a booking is made, we keep the information required for it for as long as statutory retention periods require.

To protect against automated spam submissions, the IP address is briefly recorded in encrypted form (as a checksum) when the form is submitted and is discarded after one hour at the latest. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Enquiries by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your information in order to deal with your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a booking is concerned, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The information remains with us until the purpose no longer applies and is not passed on without your consent. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

6. Map (OpenStreetMap)

On the contact page you can load a map from OpenStreetMap. The map is only retrieved after you click ‘Load map’. Only then does your browser connect to the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation (OSMF), St John’s Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom, transmitting, among other things, your IP address.

The European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision for the United Kingdom. The legal basis is the consent you give by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For details, please see the OSMF privacy policy: https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy.

7. Links to other websites

Some pages link to services provided by others, such as Facebook, Wikipedia, YouTube or the websites of day-trip destinations. As long as you do not click on such a link, no data is transmitted to these providers. Once you click, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

8. Your rights

You have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR), and the right to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). To do so, simply contact the controller named above; no particular form is required.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)

Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Right to lodge a complaint

You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work. The authority responsible for us is the Swedish data protection authority: Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm, www.imy.se.

9. Encryption

This website is transmitted exclusively in encrypted form (HTTPS with TLS). Data you send via the form cannot be read by third parties in transit. When sending by email, complete protection against access by third parties is not possible.
